Meet the Advisor

Frances M. Longshore is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner. This denotes Frances' dedication to a high level of professionalism. The CFP® mark identifies individuals who have met education, examination, and experience requirements to provide comprehensive financial planning advice and are committed to high standards of ethical conduct.

Frances M. Longshore began her career in the financial services industry in 1984. Frances is a Princor Registered Representative and Princor Invesment Adviser Representative with Princor Financial Services Inc.  Frances holds the Series 24 (General Securities Principal), Series 65 (Investment Adviser), Series 6, 7, 22 and 63 securities registrations.  She also holds the Group 1 Life and Health and Variable Insurance licenses.

Frances provides comprehensive financial and wealth management services to her clients. She has presents seminars on financial and retirement planning. Frances has addressed organizations and corporations including City of Houston, Southwestern Bell Yellow Pages, Union Carbide, and UPS.

In addition to working with her clients, Frances devotes a significant amount of time to education. She has provided educational seminars at the Houston and surrounding area public libraries. Frances has been a guest speaker for the Houston Women's Business Council's Education Roundtable.  She also served on the education committee of the Houston Women's Business Council. 

Frances enjoys presenting workshops on biblical finance. The objective of these workshops is to teach financial principles based on sound biblical doctrine.  In conjunction with this, Frances received certification from Crown Financial Ministries as a Christian Budget Counselor.  She is a past member of Kingdom Advisors.

Frances received a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University, Ithaca, New York.

Frances earned the designation of CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner from the College of Financial Planning, Denver, Colorado.

In her free time, Frances enjoys horseback riding, studying the bible, and mentoring youth through the Mission of Yahweh, and Yahweh Children's Foundation.  She's a supporter of the Children's Safe Drinking Water program. www.csdw.org
